Missed Appointment Policy

We understand that situations may arise that could interfere with your scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient. 
Appointments can be canceled by phone or text message.
Outside of our business hours, you can leave a voicemail or send a text message. 

In the event that you miss an appointment without notice, it will be documented as a "no-show."  
If this happens, a $50 scheduling fee will be required to schedule your next appointment. 
While this fee is non-refundable, it can be used towards any services or materials purchased from our office and does not expire. 

We respect your time and will also aim to provide you with at least 24 hours notice if your appointment needs to be moved or canceled due to a change in our clinic schedule.
If this occurs, we will work with you to reschedule at the soonest available time and/or with another available doctor.
