When you purchase your annual supply of contacts from us, you receive a year of free follow-up care. Because contacts are medical devices, follow-up visits can be necessary when patients experience discomfort or decreased vision.*

Did your prescription change during the year? We'll replace unopened boxes of contacts with your new ones, free.

Have a torn or defective disposable contact lens? We'll replace it, for free.
